Jackson's 4th birthday party

This year we were so excited to plan Jackson's birthday party.  Turning 4, he was more excited this year to help plan it and make decisions on what kind of party and what he wanted to do.  He definitely wanted a "Batman" birthday so we made it more of a superhero theme.  We had such an awesome time last year during a water party so we thought we'd encorporate that this year as well.  We had a blast!  We had activites for the kids and had them go through a "Super Hero Academy" to train to be a super hero.

Warning: Picture OVERLOAD

Kiptyn mentally preparing for the super hero academy.

The kids made super hero masks to start off the party.

Then they were put into Spiderman's Web!

Went through several obstacle courses with water toys.

Threw sponges at the villians (balloons).

Had some time to let the adults participate of course.

Blessing the food.

Who wants cake??

Jackson's awesome buddies.

Receiving their cookie medal for completing the academy.

Emily I know you are a proud wife right now.

By the way,....I'd like to give Pinterest the credit for the party.  Found a lot of games, activities, how to make the cupcake tier,...boy I love that website!

Didn't just decorate his mask.  Found him at the end of the party decorating himself.

Our family had such an amazing day celebrating Jackson!  We are so incredibly blessed to have the family and the friends that we do.  Thank you all for who you are in our lives and in Jackson's!  We are so thankful for you!
