After Kiptyn was born the girls came over and shot some newborn pictures of our sweet little one. I am a lucky lady to have such awesome friends who are so talented! Thanks Em and April!

Kiptyn Diaries
Hello, my name is Kiptyn.
I'm already a month old and boy am I loving life. Since I've been home I've been loved on 24/7. It probably helps that I'm at home with Mommy all day right now. I am going to miss her when I start daycare next month! I'm such a good eater, eating every 3-4 hours during the day. Even at night I sleep at least 6-8 hours! Mommy is so thankful for her sleep too. I'm such a happy baby. I sleep A LOT but when I'm awake I love talking to people and looking and reaching for all my toys. I smile SO big when I hear familiar voices like Mommy, Daddy, and Jackson.
I just went to the doctor and he says I'm doing great. Gaining weight I'm at 45% of weight, 39% height, and 71% head. That's right, with me being the higher percentile head cir. I must have a big 'ol brain! I did have to have one yucky shot though. I screamed out for just a minute then calmed down. I was a lucky little boy because Mommy, Daddy, and Jackson came to the appointment with me. Doctor Gard watched my big brother and me while he talked to mommy and daddy and he said he was so impressed with how well Jackson was doing with me. I'm so blessed to have such a great big brother! I know we are just going to be the best of friends.
Love,
Kiptyn

Fall is here!
In the Jones household we LOVE the fall!
For starters there is pumpkin everything! Candles, pumpkin cheesecake from the olive garden, fall bath and body works soaps, starbucks pumpkin spice lattes...which of course anyone who reads this knows I've had a latte from there every other day since they started making them 2 weeks ago.

Secondly, it's fall soccer time. I really enjoy this too b/c it's not too time consuming for Josh and more relaxing then the spring. Kiptyn even went to his first game a few weeks ago. We went to see Kim play at ETSU in TN. Jackson even seems to stay pretty entertained at Daddy's soccer games too.
Lastly we love fall b/c we get to have cool fall decorations up in our house like this:
Am I a lucky lady or what?! That's right we had the 2011 Fantasy Draft in our home and since Josh doesn't know it's the year 2011 we did a live draft in person instead of online. We even had our very own Vanna White to help with the selections. Thanks Vanna!
We even had a special color code to use per player's position. Does the commissioner have the best wife or what? Who else would stay up til 12:30am the night before and help prepare?
Can't wait for more fall fun! Fall is my favorite!

He is here!
After 3 weeks of being home, I am one proud Momma to introduce...
Kiptyn Kane
After scheduling a csection for 3 days before our due date, Kiptyn decided to make his appearance early. He was born on August 17th @ 9:09pm. 8lbs 3&3/4oz. Labor was very long at 25 hours and after trying a vbac we delivered by csection. He is such a good baby, healthly, beautiful and such a blessing to our family. I'm recovering well. This go around I was a lot more sore after this csection but I've done good working my way getting out and about and out of the house. Here's just a few pics from the hospital.
