"Fwiends"

Lately Jackson not only has bonded with friends at his sitter's and our friend's/family's kids. He has also developed a extremely close knit with these friends:

May I be the first to introduce you to: Bunny, Mr. Pig, Tigger, & Monkey (I know really original names, but hey, he's 19months)

Jackson LOVES his "friends". He takes them everywhere with him. When he wakes up we can now not hear him scream "DADDY" "MMMMAAAAMMMMMAAAAAA". It's now whispers of him speaking to his friends. When we get him up and take him to eat some breakfast,...who has to come? That's right, his "fwiends". He sits them in the other 2 table chairs to eat with him. And say prayers with him. Is he not just precious??

At night we can hear him telling each of his "fwiends" night night in his crib. So happy that our little boy has such a creative imagination.

Introducing,...Ryan Aislynn :)

I am super excited to report that we have a new niece. Ryan Aislynn Jones was born last Monday evening. Weighing 8.5lbs & 19 inches! She is beautiful! She's got gorgeous eyes, a precious nose, and a head full of hair which I think is fabulous. She is such a blessing. We brought Jackson over to meet her for the first time on Sunday evening. He was so intrigued with her. Every time she was taken out of the room, he followed not far behind calling out and pointing "BABY, BABY, BABY!". :) Mom and Dad are both doing good. They are both glowing with excitement over their bundle of joy! Meghann has even started her baby books,..way to go Mommy! Congrats Meghann and Zack! Ryan is amazing! Not me Saturday,...

*Not me Saturday*

I did not let my son look through the Saturday paper searching in the classified/cars section. HELLO,...the child is only 19 months not 16!

I did not allow my son to put down his spoon and start eating his corn with his hands (oops I mean shovel his corn with his hands).

I certainly did not let the dishes get so dirty that they overflowed the sink, in which made me need to use a souvenir Las Vegas shot class to hold Buddy’s goldfish as a snack.

I did not go out shopping the whole day with Ma and Jackson and had Jackson and I matching in our Colts gear. PS go Peyton!

Oh and I absolutely did not join weight watchers last Saturday. And did not have my first weigh in this Saturday and lost 3.2lbs! Yay! :)

Ringing in the New Year,...

...with some awesome hats and amazing friends! This New Year's we rang in 2010 in Vinton at the Dowdy's. We even had to go a special way to get to the house b/c roads were blocked. Boy are we missing out not be Terriers! They even had fireworks too!

So Ma had ordered 4 New Years hats for her, Daddy, and friends to wear while they were in Key West celebrating. PS-jealous,...they have had such nice weather and a house with the pool while it is FREEZING here! Anyway,...so Ma and Daddy get to the airport Friday morning at 5am:ish and she realizes she forgot their hats. Well her loss was our gain....don't we look good?

Oh and just in case you're wondering why we just have our upper half,...the two on the right are pregnant and April didn't want her cute little tummy in pics for the evening. Your welcome April! ;) Yall are some very beautiful preggos!

The kiddos had a good time with the hats too.

Had a great time with friends. Watching the tech game, girl talk, memory game with Sam til Jackson decided he was going to bellyflop/dive into our cards, kicking the boys butts in Mario cart Wii (did I spell that right), toasting in the New Year with Sparkling grape juice, fireworks,...watch out we are some crazy cats!
